This information can be easily hidden from the customer. Therefore, our policy is to lay out all monthly costs in a clear and easy to understand format in our order form. You will know up front all costs before you have to submit your personal and payment information.

Fast, Safe and Easy Ordering Process - Our site is simple to use. You don't need to be a technical expert to order from us. Just tell us how many rooms you want DISH Network in, what programming you want and when you want it all installed. For those techies that want a specific type of receiver or feature, we handle special requests as well. Just write us a note while ordering and we will take care of it for you. Why do you need my Social Security Number? - DISH Network needs your social security number for a minor credit check no matter who you buy your DISH service from. We ask your information up front so there are no surprises to the customer. This credit check is for two reason: 1) Since the equipment is owned by DISH Network and given to the customer in their homes, they want to prevent people from ordering their service, cancel, and run off with thousands of dollars worth of electronics. 2) When you order through SunDish.com we do not make you sign a 1 year contract. Nor do we charge you any termination fee. A minor credit check safeguards us and DISH Network from internet fraud.

Can My Digital Video Recorder (DVR) record a show while I watch a different show? - Yes! DISH Network's Digital Video Recorders (DVR) are capable of recording up to 100 hours* of programming on a 120 GB hard-drive. It also includes DISH Video-On-Demand Service that provides the ability to pause live TV, skip recorded commercials and create instant replays. Up to 9-day extended Electronic Programming Guide.

What if there are trees blocking the sky around my house? - As for the trees, the only way to check is to have an installer come out and survey the area. In some rare cases, the trees do block the signal. If there is a problem, all initial fees are refunded with no questions asked.

Can SunDish.com offer DISH Network in my state? - Yes! We handle service and installation in all 50 states of the United States.

  

What if I cannot get Local Channels or Do not want Local Channels? - Under DISH Network's Digital Home Advantage Plan, Local Channels are free. If you do not want Local Channels or it is not available in your area, your monthly fee will not change.

Who sends me my monthly bill? - Your monthly bill comes from DISH Network. Not SunDish.com

Can I get DISH Network if I rent? - Yes, if you can provide a letter of approval from your landlord, that will be sufficient.

Is there an activation fee? - There is no activation fee. However, DISH Network does require customers to pay $49.99 up front first. This amount is then credited back to your first month's bill.

I want International Programming. Is a second Dish required? - No, we will send you instead a "Super Dish" for FREE! The "Super Dish" allows you to receive all your channels (Regular, Local and International) all on one dish. This offer is only available through SunDish.com.
